It has been such a while since I did a post like this but you guys seemed to love the last Coming Soon post so I thought it was about time I shared with you some exciting new recipes that will be coming to my blog in the next few months.

These recipes are in no particular order and all will all be coming soon to my blog in the next few months.

Recipes Coming Soon

Crunchie Rocky Road

I’ve only just realised I don’t have a rocky road recipe on my blog! I know WHAT?! How can I have had my blog for so long and never posted a rocky road recipe?

Rocky road is so easy to make, it is melted chocolate, marshmallows, biscuits, I sometimes include Glace Cherries and for this rocky road I have also included Crunchies. If you don’t have crunchies in your country it is basically a honeycomb bar covered in chocolate. I have also used the Crunchie Spread in this rocky road version too.

Rolo Cookie Cups

How amazing do these look! These are delicious chocolate chip cookies baked into a muffin tray to create the cup. I then added Rolos to the centre and baked. So when you cut them open there is a delicious chocolate/caramel centre. These would be perfect served warm with ice cream!

Chocolate and Strawberry Cake

This cake is a bit different from some of the other recipes on my blog such as the Cookie Dough Showstopper Cake and my Rainbow Drip Cake. This is a naked cake; there is no buttercream on the outside of the cake. The cake is sandwiched together using chocolate buttercream and there are fresh strawberries in the centre as well as on top.

Funfetti Cupcakes

How cute are these cupcakes?! These cupcakes are similar to my Velvety Vanilla Cupcakes, but I have added sprinkles to the cake batter and also sprinkles in the middle of the cupcakes. So when you cut into them or bite into them you get a lovely sprinkle surprise.

Death by Chocolate Cake

Who doesn’t love Chocolate Cake? And what is better than chocolate cake than an OTT chocolate cake! It is my birthday in August and chocolate cake is my favourite flavour so I thought I would create a blog post detailing my birthday cake.

Breakfast Cereal Cupcakes

This is a bit of a weird combination but trust me it is delicious! The cupcakes contain cereal milk as does the buttercream, so they taste just like your favourite breakfast cereal. I used Golden Nuggets in these cupcakes but you can use any cereal you want. Coco Pops would taste delicious in these!

Thumb Print Biscuits

These biscuits are a childhood classic. So I thought I would share my version of them. These are a soft delicious biscuit with a thumbprint in the middle. Which you then fill with your favourite jam. I used Strawberry Jam in mine. To make these biscuits you don’t need any special equipment and all the ingredients you need most people will already have in their cupboards. These are great fun to make with children.

Biscoff Drip Cake

This is another showstopper cake. I mean just look at it! I made these cakes using light brown sugar so they have a slight toffee flavour to them, I then sandwiched them together with vanilla buttercream and drizzled Biscoff Spread in between each cake layer. This cake is covered the cake in buttercream and added a Biscoff Drip and decorated with Biscoff biscuits! This is a Biscoff lovers dream cake!

Cookie Monster Cheesecake

I think this is the most over the top cheesecake I have ever made!! This cheesecake has a giant cookie base! Yip, you read that correct, instead of a crushed biscuit base I have created a Giant Cookie similar to my Giant Cookie Sandwich I then added the cheesecake layer on top. The cookie and cheesecake contain milk, white and dark chocolate chips and M&Ms. The top is decorated with a chocolate ganache drip, double cream and more chocolate chips and M&Ms.

Lets Chat

I have posted a few chatty posts on my blog recently including Top 8 Tips for Starting a Baking Blog and The Ultimate Guide to Making Perfect Cupcake and they all seem to be very well received. So, I thought I would continue with Baking Equipment Every Newbie Baker Should Have.

If there are any guides you would like me to post then let me know. I was thinking of doing a guide for making the perfect drip cakes, meringues and cheesecakes. I’m not 100% sure when these will be posted but keep an eye out.

In particular, the strawberry chocolate naked cake – I’m not the biggest fan of buttercream so this will be a cool experiment to try. I would love to read a guide on perfecting the drip cake – I tried but it was soooo hard! xx
