So we are finally getting to the end of January (doesn’t it feel like it has lasted forever!) and that can only mean one thing, its almost Valentines Day! So I thought I would share my Top 10 picks for this Valentines Day, whether you want to treat yourself, or you are looking for a gift for someone you love.

I have tried my best to include a wide range of different baking products all of which I would love as a Valentines Day present (hint if my boyfriend is. reading)

How super cute is this apron? I absolutely love the 1950s style of it and the colours are so cute! These come in lots of different colours and designs and they also come in kids sizes. They would be perfect for anyone who loves baking or cooking for Valentine’s day and they aren’t very expensive either.

Happy Sprinkles – Dancing queen £6.50

If you have followed my blog and read my previous posts you will know I absolutely love sprinkles so of course, I had to include these in this gift guide. These ones are Dancing Queen Happy Sprinkles. Happy Sprinkles have lots of different mixes for every occasion including some Valentines themed ones but these would be either a perfect gift for someone who like me loves sprinkles or to decorate a Valentine’s Day themed cake for your loved one.

Fox Ganache Cake Class – £80.00

I have seen more and more people making cakes and instead of using buttercream they are using ganache! Ganache is made from chocolate and cream and can be used for icing cakes. This is a brand new class that Iced Jems are offering at there Cake Decorating School. You don’t need to bring anything to the class with you everything you need will be provided and you will learn how to split and fill a cake, crumb coat a cake in ganache, achieve sharp edges as well as creating the modelling flowers and leaves and details including ears and a tail.

This class is on Saturday 14th March from 10am-3.00pm. To book a spot on the class follow the link above to Iced Jems website.

KitchenAid Artisan 4.8L Stand Mixer, Candy Apple Red – £329.00

Okay, this is quite an expensive Valentines Gift I will admit but I have a Kitchen Aid and I don’t know what I would do without it now. I used it for everything when I am baking and I find that my cakes and bakes have improved since using it, my batter and buttercream seem so much smoother now than they did with my old stand mixer. This KitchenAid comes with a 4.8L Glass Bowl, a flat beater, a dough hook and a wire whisk.
