Oreo Fudge

This no-bake Oreo Fudge is made using only four ingredients. It is so quick and simple to make.

Ingredients

For the Fudge

  • 600 g White Chocolate
  • 397 g Condensed Milk (one tin)
  • 150 g Icing Sugar
  • 200 g Oreos

Instructions

To Make the Fudge

  • Line your 7" square cake tin with baking parchment and leave to one side.
  • Add the white chocolate to a large bowl and melt in the microwave on 20 second bursts stirring in between until compleltey melted and smooth OR melt the chocolate in a saucepan over a low/medium heat.
  • Once the chocolate has melted add in the condensed milk and mix until smooth.
  • Add in the icing sugar and mix. The fudge should now be really thick and gloopy.
  • Add in 175g of the crushed Oreos and mix.
  • Pour the mixture into your lined tin and smooth. Sprinkle over the remaining crushed Oreos.
  • Pop it into the fridge to set (this should take around 4 hours)
  • Once the fudge has set remove from the fridge and cut into individual portions.
