Oreo Fudge
This no-bake Oreo Fudge is made using only four ingredients. It is so quick and simple to make.

For the Fudge
- 600 g White Chocolate
- 397 g Condensed Milk (one tin)
- 150 g Icing Sugar
- 200 g Oreos
To Make the Fudge
Line your 7" square cake tin with baking parchment and leave to one side.
Add the white chocolate to a large bowl and melt in the microwave on 20 second bursts stirring in between until compleltey melted and smooth OR melt the chocolate in a saucepan over a low/medium heat.
Once the chocolate has melted add in the condensed milk and mix until smooth.
Add in the icing sugar and mix. The fudge should now be really thick and gloopy.
Add in 175g of the crushed Oreos and mix.
Pour the mixture into your lined tin and smooth. Sprinkle over the remaining crushed Oreos.
Pop it into the fridge to set (this should take around 4 hours)
Once the fudge has set remove from the fridge and cut into individual portions.
