For the Caramilk Fudge
- 397 g Condensed Milk (1 tin)
- 600 g Caramilk
To Make the Caramilk Fudge
Line your 8" square cake tin with baking parchment and leave it to one side.
Add the 500g of the Caramilk to a large bowl and melt in the microwave on 20-second bursts stirring in between until completely melted and smooth OR melt the chocolate in a saucepan over a low/medium heat.
Once the chocolate has melted add in the condensed milk and mix until smooth. The fudge should be super thick and gloopy.
Pour the mixture into your cake tin and smooth.
Cut the remaining 100g of Caramilk and sprinkle over the top.
Pop it into the fridge to set (this should take around 4 hours).
Once the fudge has set remove it from the fridge and cut it into individual portions.
