Ingredients

For the Caramilk Fudge

  • 397 g Condensed Milk (1 tin)
  • 600 g Caramilk

Instructions

To Make the Caramilk Fudge

  • Line your 8" square cake tin with baking parchment and leave it to one side.
  • Add the 500g of the Caramilk to a large bowl and melt in the microwave on 20-second bursts stirring in between until completely melted and smooth OR melt the chocolate in a saucepan over a low/medium heat.
  • Once the chocolate has melted add in the condensed milk and mix until smooth. The fudge should be super thick and gloopy.
  • Pour the mixture into your cake tin and smooth.
  • Cut the remaining 100g of Caramilk and sprinkle over the top.
  • Pop it into the fridge to set (this should take around 4 hours).
  • Once the fudge has set remove it from the fridge and cut it into individual portions.
