Gingerbread Fudge
This Gingerbread fudge is the perfect Christmas treat and it is made using only six ingredients! Condensed Milk, White Chocolate with Ginger and a hint of Cinnamon. This fudge is soft, sweet and super delicious.
ITS CHRISTMAS!! I have wanted to post a Christmas recipe for sooo long but decided that the best time to post would be after bonfire night and after my Toffee Apple Cake.
Fudge is one of my favourite sweet treats. I have so many fudge recipes including Pink Gin Fudge but this is my first Christmas themed fudge and what says Christmas more than Gingerbread.

Fudge
There are a few different ways to make fudge but this is my favourite way. It is so easy and quick to make.
I used a 20cm square cake tin and lined it with baking parchment.
In a saucepan on a medium heat I then added the condensed milk and white chocolate until the white chocolate is completely melted. The mixture at this point will be thick and gloopy. Remove from the heat and add in the ginger and icing sugar and mix until it is completely combined.
It will be super thick and gloopy. Fold though the gingerbread men and place it into your square tin.

Press it down into your tin so that it is lovely and even and decorate with sprinkles and the remaining gingerbread men and that is literally all you have to do.
How easy was that? Place your cake tin in the fridge for a few hours until the fudge has completely set.
The good thing about this recipe is you can decide how much ginger and cinnamon you use. I personally don’t like a strong flavour so I don’t use as much. If you would prefer a much stronger flavour then you can add in more ginger and cinnamon.
I would add it in 1tsp at a time and mix and then taste. Until you get the perfect flavour. You can always add more but if you put too much in to start with then you are sort of stuck with it.

Ingredients
Condensed Milk – For this recipe I used carnations condensed milk
White Chocolate – I used white chocolate in this because I thought it would go best with the ginger flavour. You could use milk or dark chocolate if you prefer.
Ginger – I used a supermarket own brand ground ginger.
Cinnamon – I used a supermarket own brand ground cinnamon.
Icing Sugar – As always I am using Silver Spoon icing sugar.
Gingerbread Men – I used a supermarket own brand gingerbread men.
Sprinkles – I used these sprinkles by Super Streusel.

YES! It is so much fun to make plus it is super delicious!
This looks sooooo delicious. My stomach is just begging me to make it. However.. I just can’t seem to get fudge right. I either burn it or it is all watery. I do follow the recipe close, making sure to stir enough, but it never comes out right, do you have any tips? Because I would love to make this one, I am sure my hubby would also eat everything. 😛
Thank you! I would cook it on a low heat and stir continuously until the chocolate has just melted. Then remove from the heat and add in the icing sugar and the other ingredients. Depending on where you live I would recommend Carnations Condensed Milk you can get it in most baking aisles in UK supermarkets. If you struggle with burning the chocolate making it on the hob you could also add the chocolate to a heatproof bowl and add to the microwave. Melt it in 20-second bursts stirring in between until just melted. Then add in the condensed milk and mix until it is thick and gloopy. Then add the remaining ingredients.
I love how different and yummy this looks! I might have to try it this season. Thank you for sharing 🙂

Mmmh, this looks so delicious. I love decorations on the top..
Thank you!
This is one recipe I shall try, except I shall use dark chocolate not white. No chocolate solids in it only fatty cocoa butter, at least dark chocolate is good for you in moderation and I Love anything with ginger!
That sounds delicious using dark chocolate instead of white! Yum!
This looks amazing! I can’t wait to give it a go. Ginger is one of my favourite flavours and I haven’t found any Gingerbread fudge before.
