Raspberry Ripple Fudge

This raspberry ripple fudge is made using just three ingredients! It is a white chocolate fudge with a raspberry syrup swirl.

Raspberry Ripple is such a classic flavour so I just had to make a fudge based around it. It is the first fudge recipe I have posted so I wanted to keep it quite simple and quick to make.

Raspberry Ripple Fudge

I used white chocolate for this fudge, white chocolate and raspberry are a marriage made in heaven.

There are a couple of different ways to do this step you can either add the chocolate to a large heatproof bowl and melt it in the microwave. You could also do this in a saucepan over a low heat.

Add the condensed milk to the saucepan or bowl and mix. The mixture should become thick and gloopy.

Pour half the mixture into your prepared tin and drizzle over the raspberry syrup. Using a skewer or toothpick swirl the raspberry syrup through the mixture. Pour over the remaining fudge mixture and again drizzle over the syrup and swirl.

You don’t want to mix syrup completely into the fudge you want it to be rippled through the fudge mixture.

This fudge is a no-bake recipe so all you need to do is pop it into the fridge to set.

Updates

I updated this recipe in November 2022. Although most of the recipe is the same I have made a few changes, including removing the icing sugar and vanilla extract. I also replaced the raspberry jam with raspberry syrup as I found it to be more flavourful and easier to use than the jam.

Alternatives

If you prefer you could use milk or dark chocolate instead of white.

You could also use a different flavoured syrup like cherry instead of raspberry.
