Can you believe it has been over a year since I last shared a fudge recipe? It was my Eton Mess Fudge. Hopefully, this Caramilk fudge makes up for the long absence.

Caramilk

Caramilk is the most delicious chocolate bar ever and I can’t be convinced otherwise. It is a golden white chocolate bar and it is utterly delicious.

Caramilk has only been available in the UK for over a year or so, I think, it hasn’t been too long. It is quite similar to a Caramac bar if you haven’t tried one yet. They are super sweet and can be a little sickly, but they are so yummy.

Fudge

All the fudge recipes on my blog are no-bake recipes, which means that you don’t need to bake them in the oven. Instead, this fudge just needs to be set in the fridge before you can eat it.

There are only two key ingredients to the fudge and that is condensed milk and chocolate. In this recipe, I obviously used melted Caramilk and combined it with the condensed milk.

When combined with the condensed milk the mixture should become super thick and gloopy. I didn’t add anything extra to this fudge like chunks of Caramilk because I thought they would just end up melting with the heat of the melted Caramilk.

However, I did add chunks of Caramilk to the top though. I just randomly chopped a bar of Caramilk and sprinkled it over the top.

Square Tin

I used an 8” x 8” square tin for this recipe. I just find that it gives you a lovely thick chunk of fudge when you cut it up. You can, of course, use a larger or smaller tin but just keep in mind the fudge will then be thinner or thicker than pictured.

Alternatives

You could any kind of chocolate you fancy in this fudge. For example, if you wanted to make a Galaxy fudge just swap out the Caramilk for Galaxy Chocolate.
